Mortgage Broker Serving Burlington City & Township, NJ
VA Loan Specialist helping Burlington buyers and homeowners, plus FHA, conventional, USDA, first-time buyer and refinance loans. Based in Medford, NJ, working with you by phone, text, video and email.
Burlington is two towns. Burlington City is one of the oldest settlements in New Jersey, founded in the 1670s on the Delaware River, with a historic downtown along High Street and a riverfront promenade. Burlington Township surrounds the city with newer suburban neighborhoods and commercial areas along Route 130 and near I-295 and the Turnpike.
Burlington is in Burlington County, NJ. I'm based in Medford, NJ, serving all of NJ, PA & FL, and I work with clients by phone, text, video and email. I don't have an office in Burlington; you can do everything from pre-approval to closing without leaving home.
The homes
In the city you'll find historic and older homes, twins and rowhomes on walkable streets. In the township, more of the housing is newer: subdivisions, townhouse communities and condos. Older city homes can be good value for first-time buyers, but they may need repairs that come up on FHA or VA appraisals, such as peeling paint or older electrical systems. Historic district rules can also affect exterior changes.
Getting around
The Burlington-Bristol Bridge crosses to Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Route 130 and the River LINE, with stops at Burlington Towne Centre and Burlington South, connect you to Trenton and Camden, and the Turnpike and I-295 are close by.
Military families
Burlington is a reasonable drive west of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, so veterans and military families shop here too, especially those who want a river town with Pennsylvania access.
Mortgage broker in Burlington, NJ

Loan programs that fit Burlington
VA loans come first for me. If you're a veteran, active-duty service member, Guard or Reserve member or eligible surviving spouse, a VA loan has no monthly mortgage insurance and flexible down payment options. I can request your Certificate of Eligibility and explain the VA funding fee and whether you may be exempt.
First-time buyers. Many buyers compare FHA and conventional loans. Some buyers may also qualify for down payment assistance options through select lending partners. Structures vary and eligibility applies. Investors look at the city's twins and small multi-units, which can fit DSCR loans or owner-occupied 2-4 unit options.
