I'm David J. Hutchison II, "Hutch" to most people, a mortgage loan originator for 25+ years and a mortgage broker with NEXA Lending, based at our branch in Medford, New Jersey. My main focus is VA home loans for veterans, active-duty service members, Guard and Reserve members, and military families, including many near Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.

I also help first-time buyers using FHA, conventional, USDA, and down payment assistance programs; self-employed borrowers with bank statement loans; investors with DSCR loans; and homeowners looking at a refinance or cash-out.
