Delran grew mostly in the second half of the 20th century, so its neighborhoods are largely single-family homes from the post-war decades through the 1990s, plus townhouse and condo communities and some newer construction. Many buyers like it for established neighborhoods and a manageable commute. Older homes may have original systems or oil tanks to check during inspection, and condo buyers should confirm the project works for their loan type.

Commuting

Route 130 runs north and south, the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge into Northeast Philadelphia is a short drive, and the Turnpike and I-295 are close. The River LINE stations in neighboring Riverside and Cinnaminson connect to Camden and Trenton.
